Why are your prices lower than my local furniture store?
We don't have an actual furniture store to stock our rugs, so you don't have to pay extra to cover the expenses of operating an actual furniture store. Actual furniture stores charge higher prices because they have to cover the cost of rent and utilities. Not having to pay for the same expenses translates into more savings for you. The rugs you buy at BigRugRack.com also ship directly from the manufacturer to your home for free.
What are the materials used to construct your rugs?
The rugs available on BigRugRack.com are manufactured with a variety of materials including wool, leather, silk, shag, and sisal. Our rugs promote the tradition and culture of handmade Indian rugs with the unique weave techniques and construction.
How can I place an order and pay?
You can place an order on BigRugRack.com by finding the rug you want and clicking the Add to Cart button on the product listing. Click the Checkout button on the Shopping Cart page to proceed to the checkout pages. You will be asked to create an account or login to an existing account. Once you have created an account or signed in, you will arrive at the Delivery Information page. You can update your shipping address and select the shipping method before continuing to the Payment Information page. On the Payment Information page, you can review your order, update your billing address, use a coupon code, and select your method of payment. Click the Continue button to arrive at the Confirmation page. Once you have reviewed your order and are happy with the information you provided, click the Confirm Order button to confirm your order. You will then be given an order number on the Checkout Success page. You can now view your account by clicking the My Account link. On the My Account page, you can view your order and the progress BigRugRack.com has made to get your rugs to your home. Your order will be reviewed before processing, and we will contact you every step of the way.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, e-check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. BigRugRack.com recommends making payments with a credit card. Orders paid via check or money order will be held until payment has cleared which usually takes up to a week after the money is received.
Are there discounts available?
We offer volume discounts. If you are a designer, home builder, or are developing commercial projects, please email us at Sales@BigRugRack.com for more details.
Do I have to pay tax?
When you order online at BigRugRack.com, you legally avoid paying state sales tax if you are ordering in the United States.
