What is BigRugRack.com's Return Policy?
If you would like to return your rugs after it has arrived at your home, you can contact BigRugRack.com at Shipping@BigRugRack.com and have your rugs returned. Your damaged rugs will be replaced, repaired, and dealt with accordingly. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. You must contact BigRugRack.com within 7 days after you have received your rugs at your home. Your return request will be handled by a manager at BigRugRack.com. Authorization from the manger will need to be obtained in order to begin the return process. The manager at BigRugRack.com will request your Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number from the rug manufacturer. BigRugRack.com will not be able to process your return without a Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number. This number will be used to arrange pickup and shipping of your rugs to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees to return your rugs. The return shipping fees may not be the same amount as our shipping fees. Return shipping fees are usually 15 - 25% of the original purchase price. The return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be sent to you after your rugs have been received by the manufacturer in new condition and in good order.

If you want to return your rugs, you will need to pay a 20% restocking fee on all returned rugs and the return shipping fees. The restocking fee is 20% of the original purchase price of the rugs, excluding the original shipping costs.

When you return your rugs, they must be in their original packaging and in the manufacturers' original new condition. If you return your rugs in a damaged condition, you will be charged with repair fees. You should be careful with the packaging and handle with care. Your rugs will be returned to the same warehouse that originally stocked the rugs.

What is BigRugRack.com's Cancellation Policy?
Your order can be cancelled up to 2 days after you place an order on BigRugRack.com. After this time period, BigRugRack.com or the rug manufacturer will become financially responsible for your order and will be obligated to pay for your order on your behalf. If you would like to cancel after 2 days, you will be charged a restocking fee since your order has already been placed and will be ready to ship from the rug manufacturer.

What is BigRugRack.com's Exchange Policy?
You can exchange your rugs for other rugs of equal or greater value if your rugs are undamaged, in the original condition and packaging, and delivered to the original warehouse that stocked your rugs. You do not have to pay for the 20% restocking fee if you choose to exchange your rugs with other rugs of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange your rugs for rugs of greater value, you will be charged the additional difference of the cost for the new rugs. You will have to pay additional shipping fees to return your rugs to the manufacturer and have your new rugs delivered to your home.

If you plan on returning or exchanging your rugs, you must contact BigRugRack.com within 4 days and get a Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number from a manager. You should note damages to your rugs and packaging on the BOL (bill of lading) or shipping documentation. If your rugs are clearly damaged beyond repair, you should refuse the damaged piece in your shipment. You can still accept the rugs that aren't damaged in the shipment. You will need to submit a claim to BigRugRack.com at Shipping@BigRugRack.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. BigRugRack.com will start a shipping claim and proceed to replace or repair your damaged rugs. Once you contact BigRugRack.com with pictures and a written description of what happened, we will mitigate with the shipping company. BigRugRack.com will ensure that your rugs will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Once the shipping claim is processed, you will be sent details about the claim including the procedure and possible solutions.

Recommended - Please measure the space you want to use your rugs to ensure the rugs will actually fit the space when you receive them.
