If you live in the continental United States, you can have your new rugs delivered to your home for free. You don't have to pay extra to have your rugs delivered to your home. We ensure that your rugs are delivered to your home in perfect condition.
How Much Does it Cost to Deliver Outside of the Continental United States?
If you are ordering outside of the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, the USA Domestic Island Destinations, and Canada, you will be charged an additional fee for shipping. Additional shipping charges will be added to your order before payment is processed. We will contact you with the final order amount before processing your order. You can also email us at Shipping@BigRugRack.com for a shipping quote before you place your order.
How Long Does it Take to Deliver My Rugs?
After you place an order on BigRugRack.com, we will contact the manufacturer to ensure the items are in stock. Rugs that are in stock usually ship in 5 - 10 days and can be expected to arrive at your home in 1 - 3 weeks. If the rugs you want are not currently in stock, we will contact you to make sure you still want to continue your order or change to a new style of rug. You will be notified with an estimated time when the rugs will be back in stock. The amount of time needed to stock new rugs depends on the manufacturer.
How Does Your Delivery Process Work?
After you place an order on BigRugRack.com, you will receive an email from us letting you know that we received your order. We will also let you know when your order is ready to ship to your home. If you have any inquiries or would like to discuss special shipping requirements, you can contact us any time prior to scheduling your delivery by emailing us at Shipping@BigRugRack.com.
Please Read: When your rugs arrive at your home, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note it in detail on the Delivery Receipt that you sign for the driver. Don't reject the freight until you contact us. If you notice any damage after you open your package, please contact us at Shipping@BigRugRack.com to start a claim. We will work with you to repair or replace your rugs at no cost to you.
