In the rare event that your rugs are defective, a claim must be made within 7 days of receiving your new rugs. You must submit claims to the carrier if damage occurred during shipping. BigRugRack.com will need to authorize all returns before you receive a return authorization number. BigRugRack.com will refund, replace, or repair your rugs at the discretion of BigRugRack.com.
